These terms govern your use of this website and, once approved, your membership of The Fifth. By submitting an application or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership is by application
Every membership at The Fifth is granted by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership — we review each application and reserve the right to accept or decline it at our discretion. If your application is successful, we'll be in touch to confirm your membership tier, fees, and next steps.
2. Membership tiers
The Fifth offers a small number of membership tiers, each with different access to our private offices, lounge and co-working space, gym and wellness facilities, and club access — as set out on this site at the time you apply. We may introduce, retire, or change tiers from time to time.
3. Fees and payment
Membership fees, billing frequency, and payment terms will be confirmed with you directly as part of the application process before your membership begins. This page does not set out specific pricing.
4. Member conduct
Members are expected to treat The Fifth's staff, other members, and guests with respect, and to use the club's facilities safely and considerately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership where a member's conduct breaches this expectation.
5. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel your membership in accordance with the notice period confirmed to you when you joined. We may suspend or terminate a membership for breach of these terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that puts other members, guests, or staff at risk.
6. Guests and events
Where a membership includes guest access or event access, this is subject to any additional guidelines communicated to members from time to time, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of The Fifth or this website.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our membership structure or facilities. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we do, and where a change materially affects existing members we'll aim to give reasonable notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
